I met these two at a Bonobo concert a few years back and the rest is history. Tiff + Chaz are now two of my closest friends + always had a feeling I’d be the one capturing their magic when they got engaged.
When Tiffany and Charles decided to tie the knot, they knew they wanted their wedding to reflect their unique personalities and their close-knit circle of friends. Their solution was an intimate elopement in Joshua Tree National Park, followed by a vibrant disco party months later–that I was able to attend and enjoy! WIN WIN!
Tiffany found her dress at a local shop in Oakland + Charles had most of his looks custom made. It was just us 3 and the open J tree road. We had no plan and let the road take both for sunset + sunrise. So mannnnnny mems. Grateful for their friendship and f%$^ing love this duo so much!
For couples planning their wedding, Tiffany and Charles’ story is a beautiful reminder that your wedding day should be a reflection of you. Whether it’s an intimate elopement in a breathtaking location or a lively party with all your favorite people, the most important thing is that it feels right for you.
Their unique celebration shows that there are NO RULES when it comes to love and weddings. It’s all about what makes you happy and how you want to share your special moments with those who matter most.
We got some shut eye and all woke up at 4:30am to make the sunrise the next morning. There is truly nothing like sunrises in Joshua Tree. With the desert landscape bathed in soft, golden light and the unique Joshua trees casting long shadows. The quiet, peaceful morning creates a perfect moment of solitude and connection with nature.
JUST A LIL’ MIMOSA BREAK
And HAVE to end with a lil’ boogie XX
